Vendor Registration includes two participants.
Booth space ‐ 8' x 10' space with draped table and 2 chairs.
Additional participants, additional charge.
Registration includes General Session breakfast, lunch, and breaks.

Spring Meeting Sponsorship Round Table Session:

1.Vendor's will have the opportunity to have several round table sessions (Limited to 15 minutes each session). You are not required to have the roundtable sessions. When you register as a sponsor on our website and if the roundtable sessions are not desired. Please state in the comments section “Roundtable Sessions not desired”.  If you do the roundtable sessions there will be other vendors doing roundtables at the same time.  You will need to attract the attendees to your roundtable session.

2.  Your colorful logo splashed on many of the meetings banners for the General Session, meals/breaks, Reception desk, and The Spring Meeting Welcome. Be part of the full color sponsors flyer presentation with your address and logo in each attendee registration handout.    DEADLINE for banners & handouts: APRIL 10, 2017 at Noon.

3.  Included is EDMSSA website presence under Vendors Row.  Your company logo, name, address, contact name (e-mail link), contact numbers, website link, paragraph of services/products provided.

Thursday Evening Event generally consists of a full sit down dinner and entertainment. 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM
*** Attendees must have their ticket with them at all times at the event. *** Evening attire sharp business casual.
