Kalahari Resort & Convention Center – April 25th, 2018 thru April 27th, 2018

The EDMSSA, Inc. meeting and Vendor Showcase will be held in the Kalahari Ballroom at the Kalahari Convention Center. The meeting room will accommodate approximately 20 booths for Vendors. Booth space is limited, so please register early to reserve your spot. Booth fees will include meeting registration for two individuals. Registration includes Wednesday evening Reception, Thursday’s General Session presentations, breakfast, lunch and breaks. Meals and breaks are taken with the conference participants, except for the group dinner and entertainment on Thursday evening. Vendors are invited to attend the group dinner and entertainment at a cost of $85.99 per person.

Shipping inbound to Kalahari: For booth materials and display items being shipped to the hotel, please check under the Annual Meeting tab and select Vendor Information.

Since the booths are located within the room in which the reception and meeting will take place, setup will start after the Motorola Solutions, Inc.’s Town Hall closes. Booths must be set up and all packing and shipping materials removed by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, April 25th, 2018. The booth area will be secured at night.

Thursday is our general session (keynote speaker, legislation updates and sponsoring vendor roundtables).  The roundtable format will give each sponsoring vendor (see Sponsors below) the opportunity to have several round table sessions. This is a considerable amount of face time given to each vendor to address the attendees during your round table sessions. Sponsoring vendor’s can provide presentations (link to your home web site) that will be attached to their name under the EDMSSA website “Vendor’s Row”.

Tear down will not be allowed until the General Session closes on Thursday, April 26th, 2018 at about 4:00 PM. The Association’s Annual Dinner and Entertainment begins at 6 PM.

SPONSORS: For the additional $250.00 we will recognize the contributions of our sponsors, along with your roundtable time there will be signs made and prominently displayed during the meeting. You will also be recognized under our vendor row tab. You are not required to have roundtable sessions. When you register as a sponsor and you don't desire roundtable sessions. Please state in the comments section “Roundtable Sessions not desired”. Your company will still be recognized on the website, signage and handouts. If you would like to do the roundtable sessions there will be other vendors hosting roundtables session at the same time. You will need to attract the attendees to your roundtable session. Proceeds from the sponsorships are designed to offset the expense of the meeting to the EDMSSA. You are encouraged to be a sponsor at our meeting. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
